FFR (Fractional Flow Reserve): Measurement of coronary reserve
Fractional Flow Reserve (FFR) on CT is a non-invasive technique used to assess the severity of coronary stenoses and their impact on blood flow.
This method combines images obtained from a coronary CT scan with computer modeling to estimate FFR, a physiological index that measures the reduction in blood flow through a narrowed coronary artery.
Spectral mammography
Effective alternative to MRI, ideal when this is not possible. Thanks to spectral contrast imaging, it offers better visualization of tissues and abnormalities, thus improving the detection of breast cancers while reducing constraints for the patient.
